FRONT OR REAR FENDER R&R
 
 
 
 
Included Operations
  • Remove and install or replace:
    1) Headlamp assembly if attached to fender
    2) Cornering lamp if so equipped
    3) Side marker lamp if so equipped
    4) Turn indicator lamp if so equipped
    5) Parts attached to fender except those listed in Not Included section
  • Replace clip type molding for base model vehicle
  • Remove and replace as an assembly
  • Align to adjacent parts

 
Not Included Operations
  • Refinish front fender
  • Aim lamps
  • Remove and install or replace:
    1) Front bumper
    2) Front header panel
    3) Skirt or Liner
    4) Wheel
    5) Antenna
    6) Rocker molding
    7) Lamps attached to Fender
  • Remove and install adhesive exterior trim; add to clean and re-tape
  • Replace new adhesive exterior trim; deduct one-half of R&R time
  • Install stripes, decals, transfers or overlays
  • Drill holes for installing exterior trim
  • Cut holes for installing lamps

 
 
 
 

 

FRONT PANEL R&R

 
 

Included Operations
  • Remove and replace panel assembly
  • Replace or transfer attached bolted parts
  • Remove and install or replace:
    1) Grille
    2) Headlamps as an assembly
    3) Park lamp if so equipped
  • Loosen fender (s) for access, if necessary
  • Replace clip type molding for base model vehicle
  • Align to adjacent parts
Not Included Operations
  • Refinish front panel
  • Aim lamps
  • Overhaul or replace headlamp parts
  • Remove and install or replace:
    1) Front bumper assembly unless noted otherwise
    2) Fender(s) unless noted otherwise
    3) Adhesive exterior trim; add to clean and re-tape
    4) Lamps attached to panel
    5) Grille assembly
  • Replace new adhesive exterior trim; deduct one-half of R&R time
  • Install stripes, decals, transfers or overlays
  • Drill holes for installing exterior trim
