COWL SIDE & DOOR POST R&R

 

Included Operations
  • Remove and replace as an assembly
  • Cut in windshield opening and at base of door post
  • Remove and install:
    1) Cowl side trim
    2) Weather cords
    3) Weather strips
    4) Sill plates
  • Loosen and pull back carpet and insulation as required
  • Remove and replace caulking
Not Included Operations
  • Refinish cowl side and door post
  • Remove and install or replace:
    1) Front Fender
    2) Windshield, seals or moldings
    3) Restraint Systems
    4) Front Door
    5) Instrument Panel, Instruments, etc.

 

 

HINGE AND/OR WINDSHIELD PILLAR R & R

 
Included Operations
  • Remove and install:
    1) Front door
  • Remove and install or replace:
    1) Sun visor, if replaced at roof
    2) Roof rail molding, if replaced at roof
    3) Sill plates
    4) Jamb switches
  • Loosen and pull back:
    1) Front area of cloth type headliner
    2) Carpet and insulation as required
  • Remove and replace caulking for standard factory application
Not Included Operations
  • Refinish pillar
  • Remove and install:
    1) Front fender
  • Remove and install or replace:
    1) Windshield and moldings
    2) Instrument panel assembly
    3) Door hinges
    4) Air conditioning and heater parts that interfere
    5) Wiring and/or wiring harness
  • Remove and install preformed or molded type headliner
  • Broken glass clean up

 

 

LOCK PILLAR, SIDE OR CORNER PANEL R&R

 

Included Operations
  • Remove and install:
    1) Sill plates
    2) Front and/or rear seats
  • Remove and replace urethane set glass:
    1) Quarter window and molding
  • Remove and install or replace 
    1) Non-urethane set glass:
       1) Quarter window and molding
  • Lock striker
  • Remove and replace caulking for standard factory application
  • Loosen and pull back carpet and/or insulation as required
    Replace clip type molding for base model vehicle
Not Included Operations
  • Refinish pillar, side or corner panel
  • Remove and install bed assembly
  • Remove and replace:
    1) Back window and molding
    2) Interior trim
  • Remove undamaged urethane set glass:
    1) Quarter window and molding
  • Remove and install or replace:
    1) Headliner assembly
  • Replace sound deadening
  • Remove and install adhesive exterior trim; add to clean and re-tape
  • Replace new adhesive exterior trim
  • Install stripes, decals, transfers or overlays
  • Drills holes for installing exterior trim
  • Broken glass clean up

 

 

CENTER PILLAR R&R

 

Included Operations
  • Remove and install:
    1) Rear door
    2) Front seat
  • Remove and install or replace:
    1) Pillar trim
    2) Lock striker
    3) Sill plates
  • Loosen and pull back:
    1) Carpet and/or insulation as required
    2) Cloth type headliner at pillar
  • Remove and replace caulking for standard factory application
Not Included Operations
  • Refinish center pillar
  • Remove and install preformed or molded type headliner
  • Remove and install or replace:
    1) Door hinges
    2) Wiring and/or wiring harness
    3) Decals (example: EPA, body identification, caution/danger)
  • Drill holes for installing trim
