Included Operations
  • Remove and install:
    1) Rear seat
    2) Parcel shelf trim
    3) Quarter trim
    4) Luggage compartment trim
    5) Weatherstrip attached to panel
    6) Rear lamp assemblies
    7) Rear bumper
    8) Filler panel, stone deflector or rear lower valance
    9) Sill plates
  • Remove and replace urethane set glass:
    1) Side and Back window, seals and moldings
    2) Quarter window and moldings
  • Remove and install or replace:
    1) Non urethane set glass:
        1) Side and Back window, seals and moldings
        2) Quarter window, seals and moldings
  • Lock striker
  • Sill plates
  • Bolt-on extension
  • Loosen and pull back:
  • Cloth type headliner as required
  • Carpet and/or insulation as required
  • Loosen convertible top at quarter
  • Remove and replace caulking for standard factory application
  • Replace clip type molding for base model vehicle
  • Cut in window openings and at base of door post or dog legs, includes wheelhouse
Not Included Operations
  • Refinish quarter panel
  • Remove and install:
    1) Preformed or molded type headliner
    2) Fuel tank
    3) Restraint systems
  • Remove undamaged urethane set glass:
    1) Back window and molding
    2) Quarter window and molding
  • Remove and replace inner panels
  • Remove and install or replace:
    1) Wheel
    2) Antenna
    3) Suspension assembly
    4) Control cables (latch release, etc)
    5) Fluid lines
  • Replace sound deadening
  • Replace channels attached to glass
  • Remove and install adhesive exterior trim; add to clean and re-tape
  • Replace new adhesive exterior trim
  • Install stripes, decals, transfers or overlays
  • Drill holes for installing exterior trim
  • Cut holes for installing lamps
  • Broken glass clean up
  • Remove from salvaged assembly:
    1) Trim panels

Included Operations
  • Remove and install:
    1) Trim panel
    2) Rear seat if necessary
  • Remove and install or replace:
    1) Watershield
    2) Parts attached to glass
  • Replace weatherstrip if so attached
  • Replace necessary adhesive/urethane
  • Clean up old adhesive in opening area
  • Align glass
  • Test for leaks

  • Broken glass clean up
